Data Analytics Team Lead

About Company: Top Global Manufacturing Company headquartered in USA.

What you'll do:

• Lead the analytics roadmap for Supply Chain 2.0, including KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven decision culture.

• Rebuild and govern Power BI dashboards to improve clarity, usability, scalability, and semantic consistency.

• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts/BI developers; promote governed self-service BI.

• Drive dashboard adoption through training, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and storytelling.

• Monitor dashboard usage, optimize performance, and standardize KPI definitions across business units.

What you'll need to apply:

• 5+ years of experience in analytics/ BI with strong Power BI skills (semantic models, DAX, dataflows).

• Proven experience leading small BI/ analytics teams and aligning with senior business stakeholders.

• Solid knowledge of supply chain metrics and analytics (forecast accuracy, MAPE/WAPE, inventory KPIs).

• Strong grounding in data governance, dashboard standards, and business storytelling.

• Preferably have experience in manufacturing, FMCG/ retail sector

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence adoption and translate business needs into analytics solutions.
