Senior Data Manager (E-commerce)

What you’ll do

• Define and execute a company-wide data strategy aligned with business goals and AI ambitions.

• Establish robust data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks; maintain a centralized data risk library and oversee audits.

• Lead the design and implementation of modern data architecture, pipelines, and AI-ready infrastructure.

• Drive the transition from traditional analytics to real-time AI-powered decision systems (LLMs, RAG).

• Own the AI roadmap and partner with engineering, product, and business teams to deploy AI/ML models into workflows.

• Build and lead a high-performing, cross-functional data team while championing data literacy and responsible AI innovation.

What you’ll need

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably with AI/ML, with at least 4 years in leadership roles

• Proven experience delivering large-scale data initiatives and production-grade AI/ML solutions.

• Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.

• Experience, RAG architectures, vector databases, modern data stacks, and MLOps.

• Experience in eCommerce, social/ live commerce, or retail is a plus

• Fluent in spoken and written English.
