Master Data Lead

About Company: Leading manufacturing company. You will report directly to the Senior BA Manager

What you'll do:

• Lead master data governance for D365 F&O, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, compliance, and proper approval controls across all modules.

• Act as the central coordinator between business, IT, and project teams to review, validate, approve, and implement all master data changes on time.

What you'll need to Apply:

• 4+ years of experience in ERP or master data roles, preferably with hands-on experience in Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations.

• Strong understanding of cross-functional master data (Product, BOM, Routing, Warehouse, Sales, Procurement, Finance, Planning) and manufacturing processes.

• Solid knowledge of data governance, data quality controls, and internal audit or compliance requirements.

• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

• Good communication (with English) and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead, coordinate, and guide cross-functional teams.
