Data/ Product Growth Manager (Hands-on)

We are an AI start up, headquarted in USA. The ideal candidate is technical, product-minded, and commercially driven—someone who understands data, enjoys building products, and knows how to translate insights into revenue. You will help design growth strategies, build data-driven sales tools, and collaborate with teams to scale our platform adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Drive data-driven growth initiatives across platform, sales, and product teams

• Analyze product and sales data to identify growth opportunities and revenue insights

• Build dashboards, reports, and growth experiments to improve conversion and pipeline performance

• Work closely with SDRs, Data Analysts, and Revenue Ops to optimize lead generation and sales workflows

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to turn data insights into product improvements

• Take ownership of growth initiatives from analysis → experimentation → execution

What You’ll Need to Apply

• Strong hands-on data analytics skills (SQL, BI tools, or similar)

• 5+ years of experience working as Senior Data/ Product Platform Analyst/ experience using data to drive sales, growth, or critical product decisions

• Background in growth, product, analytics, or revenue operations roles

• Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and business teams

• Energetic, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

• Sharp, smart with a product mindset — interested in building and scaling data-driven products
