Product Engagement Engineer/ Analyst

We are an AI start up, headquarted in USA. The ideal candidate is technical, product-minded, and commercially driven—someone who understands data, enjoys building products, and knows how to translate insights into revenue. You will help design growth strategies, build data-driven sales tools, and collaborate with teams to scale our platform adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with users, manage the feedback flow

• Partner with the growth team to create and send emails tailored to specific user segments, such as onboarding reminders, re-engagement messages, and feature updates.

• Turn feedback into insights: Identify recurring themes from qualitative feedback—what users value, where they struggle, and what might be causing churn.

• Improve in-app interactions: Spot opportunities in the user journey where tooltips, prompts, or nudges could increase engagement, and propose solutions to the product team.

• Collaborate across roles: Work closely with other data analysts to combine qualitative insights with quantitative data, building a full picture of user behavior and motivations.

What You’ll Need to Apply

• 3–5 years of experience in fields such as user research, product marketing, community building, or customer success.

• Clear written communication in English, especially for user emails, outreach, and insight documentation.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, drawing meaningful conclusions from unstructured feedback.

• User empathy paired with analytical thinking, translating user experiences into actionable product insights.

• Knowledge of common research methods, including surveys, interviews, NPS, CSAT, and session recordings.

• Experience with tools like Customer.io, Mailchimp, Hotjar, or working in an early-stage SaaS startup.
