About the Product Strategy Manager - Fintech Role:

A Product Strategy Manager is responsible for driving forward the strategy for a discrete product line. Responsibilities include long-term product strategy development, product performance analysis, market / customer evaluation, and business case creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategise and present product ideas to stakeholders, acting as the main contact point between teams and stakeholders
• Define product features according to customer needs
• Identify areas of improvement
• Participate in product research, lead user research, collaborate with Marketing team to develop product launch strategy or each campaign for new product features
• Participating in building business operating system
• Collaborate broadly across functions such as product management, engineering, design UI/UX and supplier relationships to bring products to market and drive innovation to acquire customers
• Establish the customer journey, quantitatively measure the results of marketing performance, analyse customer data to identify new trends and emerging patterns the use of multiple products
• Participate in fund raising process
• Other tasks assigned by the BOM

To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.

Key Requirements:

• Three to five years of consulting/advisory/investment banking experience required
• In-depth knowledge of financial products and stock market
• Ability and eagerness to quickly learn new technologies and approaches
• Experience using tools like Jira, Linear, Notion… for project management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
