Senior DevOps Engineer (HCM based)

About Company: USA based company within public safety, security, and enterprise communication systems.

What you'll do:

• Design and implement cloud-native architectures using microservices, Docker, and serverless technologies.

• Develop and deploy solutions on Azure, or GCP.

• Automate infrastructure management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless integration and delivery.

• Manage and monitor applications with Kubernetes and performance monitoring tools.

What you'll need to do:

• 4–7 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or cloud engineering.

• Proven ability to design, build, and deploy cloud-native solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, and modern container orchestration tools.

• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

• Solid understanding of microservices and serverless architectures.

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, cloud networking, and Linux administration.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.
