What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the cloud-native technology roadmap aligned with global business goals.

• Lead architecture design and adoption of modern cloud solutions (Kubernetes, microservices, serverless), ideally with a background doing hands-on cloud devops/ cloud engineering

• Oversee end-to-end software delivery across international teams using agile practices.

• Mentor and develop engineering leaders while fostering a high-performance, inclusive culture.

• Recruit top engineering talent and scale teams in Vietnam.

• Manage budgets, optimize resources, and drive continuous process improvement.

What You’ll Need to Apply

• 10+ years in software engineering, including 4+ years leading teams of 10-20 people.

• Strong expertise in cloud-native systems and databases (Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, serverless).

• Proven experience deploying large-scale applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Demonstrated success managing distributed, cross-cultural teams.

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.

• Knowledge of DevOps/SRE practices and AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) is a plus.
