About the Senior Sales Manager Role:
The role of the Senior Sales Manager (SSM) involves the achievement of sales and revenue targets in Vietnam. The position encompasses various aspects such as business expansion, negotiation expertise, strategic advisory, recognising new prospects, determining pricing, creating contracts, and collaborating with the internal sales & service team to suggest client solutions. The Senior Sales Manager reports directly to the Board of Directors (BOD).
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate professional and robust connections with leadership teams of customers across various business sectors and industries
Effectively mentor, guide, inspire, and supervise sales teams to meet the company's benchmarks and performance expectations
Collaborate harmoniously with the team to formulate a comprehensive territorial account plan aimed at optimising opportunities and fostering sales engagement with clients
Take charge of identifying potential customers, engaging them, and accomplishing monthly sales quotas and net profit goals
Lead negotiations, coordinate intricate decision-making processes, and surmount objections to secure fresh business prospects
Formulate an annual marketing strategy to stimulate lead generation and construct robust sales pipelines. These efforts are geared towards meeting company sales targets and bolstering brand recognition and visibility within the local market
Scrutinise all proposals and contracts to ensure compliance with company policies before presenting them to customers
Present accurate and timely forecasts that align with assigned sales quotas, covering monthly, quarterly, and annual projections
Provide leadership to customers and establish influential positions within the business and industry circles in Vietnam
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Hold a Bachelor/ Master’s Degree in business, commerce, finance, technology, or a related field, or possess equivalent qualifications
Accumulate 10+ years of experience in professional sales leadership, development, and management within the enterprise management software solution or professional consulting service sector
Exhibit substantial expertise in professional solution selling with validation of a consistent history of surpassing corporate targets and quotas
Demonstrate adeptness in building and nurturing relationships and trust with executives at the C-level
Display strong self-motivation, a results-driven orientation, and exceptional aptitude for team development
Exhibit polished skills in presentation, communication, and leading teams to not just meet but surpass predetermined objectives
Apply sound problem-solving and consultative skills
Familiarity with ERP or business consulting is a favourable asset
Possess proficient communication and writing capabilities in both Vietnamese and English
