About the Marketing Manager Role:

You will be instrumental in expanding our outbound marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing scalable digital marketing campaigns, incorporating industry best practices, and leveraging innovative tools and platforms to enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in managing paid digital media campaigns, from initial planning to optimisation and reporting
• Collaborate with various internal teams to oversee and coordinate digital marketing and lead generation activities
• Explore and evaluate new opportunities for lead generation campaigns, such as TikTok and vertical media platforms
• Share best practices related to audience targeting, database management, email/digital marketing strategies, tracking methods, and measuring digital channel effectiveness
• Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, ensuring proper allocation of funds.
• Take ownership of developing, deploying, optimising, and executing Marketing Automation tools to deliver a seamless audience experience
• Act as the central point for email nurture programs, working with internal stakeholders to create nurture emails for different stages of the customer lifecycle
• Organise and host offline events, webinars, and seminars
• Utilise project management skills to identify the root cause of issues, provide resolutions, and create action plans.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including operational processes, workflows, and training materials

The ideal candidate for this position will possess a data-driven mindset, excel in problem-solving, and demonstrate a strong passion for their work. You should have a proven track record of successfully executing strategic lead generation campaigns that result in new customer acquisitions and generate a robust marketing pipeline. The marketing channels you will oversee include email, SMS/Zalo Notification Service, social media (both paid and organic), website, and various other push channels.

Key Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience in computer science, IT, or related fields
• Minimum of six years of experience working in digital marketing
• Proven experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing lead generation campaigns, utilising tactics such as email marketing, organic social media, paid advertising, lead nurture programs, and leveraging CRM/sales insights
• Hands-on expertise in creating, launching, and analysing campaigns using marketing automation tools
• Proficient in digital performance marketing platforms, including Facebook, Google, TikTok, and others
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail, with a strategic and analytical mindset for problem-solving
• Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Outstanding oral and written communication abilities in both English and Vietnamese languages
