What you'll do:
As a Salesforce Expert, you will play an integral role in managing and enhancing the company's CRM systems. You will work closely with vendors on automation solutions, ensuring they are proposed, executed, optimised, and evaluated effectively. Collaborating with the IT team, you will source and implement the most suitable solutions for CRM automation. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised in identifying key performance metrics to track and resolving any campaign operational issues.
- Managing and enhancing CRM systems to best support CRM operation and reporting.
- Work with vendors on automation solutions from proposing, executing, optimising to fully evaluating performance.
- Collaborate with IT team and Regional IT to source and implement appropriate solutions for CRM automation.
- Identify key performance metrics to track, required resources and systems integrations required and development of end-to-end project plans.
- Resolve campaign operational issues from a system perspective.
- Conduct UAT for all projects which require technical support.
What you bring:
The ideal Salesforce Expert candidate brings 5-8 years of experience in software development and project management. You have a strong background in delivering performance-driven automation solutions. Your experience extends to IT solutions, online sales, and vendor management. You possess an understanding of database analytics and can translate technical terms into business language effectively. Your problem-solving skills are excellent, allowing them to break down complex problems into manageable goals. You are familiar with system integration and automation solutions, database querying, and have advanced proficiency with Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Having 5-8 years’ experience in software development and project management
- Strong background in automation solution and performance driven
- Experience in IT solutions, online sales and Vendor management
- Ability to translate technical terms into business language
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with system integration and automation solutions
- Database querying (e.g., SQL)
