IT Business Analyst (D365)

About Company: Global furniture company

What you will do:

• Gather and design requirements: Work closely with business stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business and functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and process reviews.

• Develop documentation & visual aids: Prepare BRDs, FRDs, FDDs, and workflow diagrams; create mockups and wireframes to ensure clarity and stakeholder alignment.

• Support users & system rollout: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), create training materials, and coordinate new system rollouts to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

• Provide ongoing system support: Handle system-related issues, facilitate quick resolutions, and continuously improve business processes.

What You’ll Need to Apply:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Finance, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing sectors.

• Strong expertise in ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX,...) and understanding of manufacturing operations such as production, inventory, supply chain, and quality management.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), system integration, and business process modeling or re-engineering.

• Strong communication skills to bridge business and technical teams effectively.

• Good command of English and solid proficiency in computer and business software applications
