About the System Admin Role:
You will be responsible for leading the technology team that supports the enterprise technology for end users.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a specialist within the IT Customer Service team, focusing on end user platforms for enterprise software and hardware utilised by end users, including but not limited to Papercut, Windows/Apple management and deployment tools (SCCM/Intunes), Citrix VDI, Office 365 suite, Adobe suite, etc.
Manage the day-to-day operations of end user technology platforms, ensuring the delivery of agreed-upon service levels and monitoring workload, while also providing high-level reporting on key metrics
This position will serve as the technical and process escalation point for the team. Collaborate with the IT Customer Services Manager to redesign and update relevant end user policies and necessary documentation for the company
Foster the development and enhancement of the team's knowledge and skills to drive measurable impact
Lead and coordinate various internal end user technology projects
Collaborate with information security to define and enforce software compliance through tools and processes.
Work closely with the Senior IT Team to play a pivotal role in enhancing functional excellence and advancing the IT team's operational model
To succeed in this role, you must have at least five years' experience as similar role.
Key Requirements:
Possess a minimum of five years of hands-on technical experience supporting end user technology
Have at least two years of supervisory experience with the ability to inspire and mentor team members
Demonstrate hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group policy, Windows 10+, Microsoft Office 365 suite, Azure AD, SCCM packaging and deployment, Intune, PowerShell, and Apple deployment tools such as Papercut.
Display a working knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP
Proficiently use ticketing tools, with experience in ServiceNow being a plus
Exhibit proactive ownership and work with a sense of urgency
Offer innovative solutions to key clients throughout the organisation, emphasising continuous improvement.
Collaborate effectively within a team and prioritise customer service
Possess well-developed interpersonal skills, including coordination, liaison, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication
Pay meticulous attention to detail, effectively manage time, and prioritise competing work demands
Communicate excellently in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese with various stakeholders
Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential information securely
Showcase advanced proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
