The ideal candidate for this Product Director role brings a wealth of strong product management experience specifically within technology platform products. You possess a technology background from previous industry experiences. Your user-focused mindset is complemented by great empathy and an obsession for understanding user needs. Your strong drive and resourcefulness enable you to persevere and overcome obstacles. You are highly influential in your communication skills both verbally and written. Your analytical skills allow you to extract valuable insights from data using self-serve data analytical tools. While not mandatory, the ability to code and understand how a cloud native software works, strong team management skills, experience in coaching product managers, and managing multi-level stakeholders and functional teams would be advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of working experience within a product role, with strong experience in technology platform products.
- Graduated from a degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/related technical majors or previous experience working in technical roles.
- User focus product mindset with great empathy and user obsession.
- Strong drive and resourcefulness to persevere and overcome obstacles.
- Highly influential communication both verbal and written.
- Analytical skills to extract insights from data via self-serve data analytical tools.
- Ability to code and understand how a cloud native software works is a nice to have.
- Strong team management and experience in coaching product managers.
- Multi level stakeholders and functional team management.
