What you'll do:
As a Product Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's company as well as the Vietnamese labor market. You will be entrusted with understanding user needs, defining product vision, leading the development of product features, and driving data-based product optimization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting user research, defining and prioritizing product features, developing a product roadmap, collaborating with various teams, analyzing product performance metrics, managing the product development lifecycle, and staying abreast of industry trends.
- Conducting comprehensive in-depth user research to gain insights into the challenges and behaviours of job seekers and employers in Vietnam.
- Defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and business objectives.
- Creating and maintaining a product roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and user requirements.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and sales, to deliver high-quality products on schedule and within scope.
- Analyzing product performance metrics and user feedback to guide future product iterations and enhancements.
- Managing the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to ensure our product stays competitive and relevant.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Product Leader role brings a wealth of experience in mobile internet sector product management. You have a deep understanding of the local job market and cultural nuances either as a native Vietnamese or through extensive work experience in Vietnam. Your strong analytical skills enable you to leverage data for decision-making. You are known for your excellent communication and interpersonal skills which allow you to thrive in a collaborative team environment. Above all, your proactive and results-oriented mindset drives you towards creating exceptional user experiences.
- Native Vietnamese or extensive experience working in Vietnam. International education background or work experience is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the local job market and cultural nuances.
- User-obsession with track record of past experience in generating user insights and the ability to translate them into actionable product strategies.
- Proven track record in mobile product management. Strong experience in building product from scratch with a good mix of 0-1 and 1-end product development.
- Marketplace mindset. Undersand dynamics in managing products within marketplace environment and its business elements.
- Track record of handling large scaled products is a major advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Experience in managing and nurturing team.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset.
