Director of Operations (Gaming)

About Company: A senior leadership role within overseeing game publishing operations in the global & SEA market. The position leads cross-functional teams, can serve as legal rep, and drives strategy, execution, and commercial performance across multiple titles.

What you'll need to do:

• Lead and scale cross-functional publishing teams (marketing, operations, community, support, technical).

• Oversee the full product lifecycle from evaluation to launch and live operations.

• Own P&L and ensure alignment between operations and financial targets.

• Develop monetization, engagement, and long-term growth strategies.

• Execute product roadmaps, updates, and integrated marketing initiatives.

• Use performance analytics and competitive insights to optimize results.

What you'll need to apply:

• Proven leadership experience in game publishing with successful launches.

• 8+ years in online or mobile gaming, with strong local market knowledge.

• Senior-level experience within established publishing environments preferred.

• Experience with RPG, MMO, or shooter genres is an advantage.

• Strong track record leading large, cross-functional teams, and ability to handle operation of Vietnam setup.

• Fluent in Vietnamese and English; based in Ho Chi Minh City.
