Project Manager

About the Project Manager Role:

In this role, you will coordinate internal team and third parties/vendors/merchants team to build project strategies and ensure perfect project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and/or supports a portfolio of projects including the development of business cases, project plans, resource management, and deliverables
• Follow up on and track of projects progress to ensure on schedule, within the scope, and on budget
• Develop a resource utilisation plan by tracking resource availability and allocation
• Deliver status updates, proposals, and presentations to track project progress
• Create and keep detailed project documentation
• Throughout the project, identify, manage, and minimise risk while keeping stakeholders informed
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders on a regular basis

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• At least one year of experience as a Project Manager in end-to-end project execution, ideally in projects involving loyalty programs, CRM, POS system integration, or other consumer technology
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle approaches is preferred, as are Agile methodologies such as Kanban and Scrum
• Proficiency with project management software like JIRA, MS Project, and others
• You are a goal-oriented and detail-oriented individual
