QA Engineering Manager (Embedded AI)

Global company, headquartered in USA, focused on building advanced, AI-driven systems that combine embedded software, computer vision, and cloud technologies to deliver reliable, mission-critical solutions used in real-world environments.

What you will need to do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA automation engineers, promoting high technical standards and continuous improvement

• Define, implement, and maintain automated testing strategies and frameworks for embedded and AI-based systems

• Design and execute automated tests covering functionality, performance, reliability, and security

• Collaborate closely with software, AI/ML, hardware, and product teams throughout the development lifecycle

What you will need to apply

• A technical degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline

• 5+ years experience in quality assurance, including 3 years+ leadership or management of automation teams

• Strong hands-on experience with automation development using languages such as C++, Python, or JavaScript

• Proven background testing complex systems involving embedded software, hardware, cloud, or IoT components

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, modern QA automation methodologies

• Excellent communication with English, problem-solving, and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
