QA Automation Supervisor (Software)

About Company: Manufacturing Company (1 day WFH/ week)

What You Will Need to Do

• Lead and supervise a team of Test Automation Engineers, planning and managing automation strategies, tasks, and delivery timelines.

• Define, develop, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks covering functional, regression, and performance testing.

• Provide technical governance, mentoring, and continuous training to ensure high-quality output and team growth.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (SW, HW, Mechanics, Test, etc.) to align testing activities with product requirements.

• Monitor project progress, analyze test results, manage risks, resolve conflicts, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

• Support budgeting, resource planning, reporting, and tool selection while keeping management informed of achievements and issues.

What You Will Need to Apply

• At least 7 years of experience in Test Automation, with 5+ years in designing and managing automation frameworks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field; Vietnamese as primary language and fluent English required.

• Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring technical teams in agile and DevOps environments.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience using tools such as Robot Framework, Selenium, and Appium.

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle, CI/CD practices, and automation best practices.

• Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and new technologies.
