Product QA Analyst

About Company: USA-based start-up company to build the tech hub in Vietnam.

Role Overview
This role ensures product quality in a fast-moving environment where new updates ship frequently. You’ll use the platform daily, test real workflows, identify issues before users encounter them, and develop deep knowledge of how the system behaves in practice

What You Need to Do

• Perform daily testing across the platform and APIs using both structured and exploratory approaches

• Validate new releases to ensure features work as intended and do not introduce regressions

• Log and document bugs clearly, including reproduction steps and impact

• Experiment with different use cases to identify strengths, limitations, and edge cases

• Improve prompts, templates, and example workflows based on testing insights

• Maintain internal documentation on platform behaviors, limitations, and best practices

• Identify recurring failure patterns (e.g., authentication barriers or automation blockers) and share insights with engineering

What You Need to Apply

• 3-4 years of experience in QA, product testing for in SaaS fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to test workflows in multiple ways

• Comfortable reviewing JSON outputs, API responses, and error logs

• Clear written & verbal English for reports and documentation/ communicating with teams based in the USA

• Curious & energetic mindset and proactive problem-solving approach

• Bonus: experience with AI tools, automation platforms, or web automation frameworks such as Playwright or Puppeteer
