What You’ll Do

• Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team (mainly in Vietnam) with a culture of ownership, clarity, and trust.

• Define and execute the technology vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.

• Maintain scalable, resilient architecture ensuring performance and cost efficiency.

• Deliver seamless, customer-centric digital experiences that drive growth and conversion.

• Build strong data systems enabling real-time insights and decisions.

• Oversee IT, security, and compliance to ensure secure and efficient operations.

What You’ll Need

• Proven experience as CTO, VP, or Director of Engineering with minimum 4 years, scaling a business that achieved speedy & sustainable growth

• Strong e-commerce experience and modern tech stack expertise (Shopify, microservices, cloud backend architecture, AI/ ML practices etc.)

• Proven track record of building team (30+ headcounts), leading and developing distributed, high-performing talented team of engineers

• Strong background working as a seasoned software engineer (minimum 8 years hands-on development, familiar with frontend & backend)
• Experience dealing with stakeholders to effectively influence the team (with diverse background) towards a common goal

• Experience overseeing data, IT, and security functions.

• Collaborative, mission-driven leadership style with strong business alignment.
