Job Responsibilities

Lead backend modernization initiatives and drive architectural transformation toward scalable microservices

Define clear service boundaries and guide domain decomposition using best practices

Introduce and apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) patterns across systems
-
Mentor and support engineers, fostering technical growth and engineering excellence
-
Ensure production reliability, performance, and system resilience
-
Drive CI/CD pipelines, observability practices, and collaborate closely with the Solution Architect and stakeholders
Requirements
-
8+ years of backend development experience, including 4+ years working with .NET and 3+ years leading a small team
-
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/ .NET 8, and modern backend frameworks
-
Hands-on experience with Azure services (App Services, Service Bus, Azure SQL) and cloud-native systems
-
Proven track record delivering microservices and event-driven architectures
-
Experience mentoring or leading a small team of engineers
-
Fluent English with strong stakeholder communication skills
- Exposure to AI projects/ AI-assisted development workflows
