Senior System Analyst

About Company: Global IT Consulting, headquartered in Australia. This is one of the founding members in the Engineering Hub in Ho Chi Minh. Hybrid work model – 3 days per week in office.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate domain modelling and requirements workshops with stakeholders
• Analyze and map business processes and rules into system designs
• Produce clear, structured technical specifications
• Support system architecture design, including microservices decomposition
• Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to align requirements
• Apply AI-first approaches to requirements engineering and documentation

What You’ll Need to Apply

• 5+ years of experience working as Systems Analyst, in a fast-paced environment & working for global projects
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proven experience working with enterprise systems
• Familiarity with UML and Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles, able to effectively bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical developers
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle ambiguity and conflicting inputs effectively
• Experience or interest in AI-driven development approaches
