Technical Lead

A Germany digital transformation leaders with passion for technology and innovation are looking for Technical Lead (Java - Spring Boot).

About the Technical Lead Role:

You are largely responsible for the project's end-to-end development as a Technical Lead. The technical solution is built on React micro frontends with enterprise-grade componentization and the ability to consume and contribute to external components.

Key Responsibilities:

• In an Agile project delivery paradigm, to collaborate with several systems
• Understand business needs and make technical decisions with the development team
• Any open topic should be discussed and agreed upon by various customer teams

To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.

Key Requirements:

• Technical Lead and/or Solution Architect experience of at least five years is required
• Two years of experience in web/backend programming and/or solution architecture is required
• At least two years of experience working on React-centric projects is required
• Working with microservice architecture, Java 8 and/or Java 11, Spring, SpringBoot, and/or other popular frameworks in a realistic setting
• Experience in banking or fintech is a plus
• Jira, Confluence, and other similar tools are familiar to you
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
