Senior JAVA Technical Lead

- Lead efficient change delivery through requirement analysis, definition, and documentation, using agile frameworks. - Manage a team of mid-senior software engineeers of 5-8 people - Align with stakeholders on APIs, security, compliance, roadmap, and reliability - Drive technical direction of software features. - Build scalable, reliable APIs for high-volume transactions.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software development (fewer years considered for strong candidates).
• Experienced with full software development life cycle practices.
• Strong product mindset, ability to work well in fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years in Java & Spring (preferrably big scale project)
• Experienced in system design for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Strong database and schema design for large-scale finance systems.
• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Professional cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Enterprise architecture experience.
• Proficient in English.

Qualifications:

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or related field with hands-on development experience
