An exciting Customer Solutions Lead job has available in a leading technology firm in Vietnam. Our client is a top digital transformation and software company in Vietnam
About The Customer Solutions Lead Role:
As the Customer Solutions Lead, you'll be responsible for achieving Total Contract Value (TCV) and revenue goals for your assigned area, and you'll report to the Head of DXG Customer Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams across various regions, including Singapore, Thailand, Dubai, the US, and Europe, to identify customer needs, develop proposals, and ensure the successful closure of opportunities
Participate in technical and business discussions with customers and partners to identify the best solutions for addressing customer challenges
Develop engagement strategies with customers that aim to address their unique challenges
Design Cloud & Data solutions that meet clients' technical requirements and address their business problems
Generate new leads by working alongside Account Managers to approach new prospects and promote the company's Cloud, Data, and DX consultancy services
Lead and coordinate complex RFP proposals with other team members and company business units
Provide training to local Account Managers and Pre-Sales teams on our Digital Transformation portfolio (Cloud, Data, DX Consultancy services)
Responsible for maintaining records of customer opportunities and actions in the CRM tool
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of seven -10 years of experience in a Pre-sales position within the technology sector
Demonstrated experience interacting with C-level executives and ability to qualify business and technical challenges while clearly articulating the value proposition
Strong knowledge of data, cloud, digital transformation, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Creative problem solver with the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Excellent listening and presentation skills
Proficiency in written and spoken English
Possession of certifications in data and cloud platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir, Dataiku, AWS, Azure, GCP is highly desirable
