About the CTO/CIO Role:

You will participates in supporting the Group’s growth related to the development and operations of all office and store technology and systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction, planning, and execution of IT systems, applications, and security requirements for the group. This encompasses overseeing infrastructure, enterprise architecture, development standards, data and voice communications, networks, operations, and ensuring adherence to IT governance and technology compliance
• Direct the IT department and align the operational strategies of business units with the overarching objectives of the group
• Coordinate the planning and execution of all information technology initiatives and services
• Ensure the company's IT environment remains secure, safeguarding databases and systems
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive business recovery plan to ensure the prompt and efficient restoration of data and IT services in case of a disaster
• Provide support through a help desk and technical support infrastructure
• Manage the design, implementation, and upkeep of the internet presence, including email systems, domain management, web servers, and communication links
• Establish and maintain appropriate policies and procedures for information systems
• Continually assess systems management aspects, such as configuration, security, resource monitoring, software/hardware licensing, inventory management, and reporting
• Supervise external service providers

To succeed in this role, you must have at least five years' experience as CIO/CTO/IT Director.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Prior experience in the POS domain is highly desirable
• The candidate should demonstrate the capability to effectively lead and manage a sizable team comprising at least 20 individuals across various functions such as Backend, Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, Data, and Infrastructure
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, maintaining, operating, and overseeing enterprise-level information systems is a key requirement
• Additionally, the candidate should possess the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience, showcasing effective communication skills
• The role necessitates a high level of business acumen, personal integrity, and professional maturity
• Collaboration and cross-functional teamwork with other departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations, are essential aspects of this role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, with proficiency in English being a prerequisite
