🔹 Proven leadership in software engineering & Agile development in product-driven companies.
🔹 Solid experience in software delivery, process optimization, and program management.
🔹 Strong understanding of engineering best practices, CI/CD, and performance optimization.
🔹 Agile & SAFe frameworks expertise – a true believer in iterative development & continuous improvement.
🔹 Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and other project management solutions.
🔹 Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills – ability to influence at all levels.
🔹 English fluency – both written & verbal, to collaborate effectively across teams.
🔹 Certifications in SAFe, Agile, Scrum, or PMP are a big plus!
