Vice President of Engineering

We’re seeking a visionary SVP of Engineering to lead a high-performing, distributed engineering team across multiple regions. This role is an opportunity to drive technical excellence, scale engineering operations, and shape the future of an industry-leading product suite.

As the VP of Engineering, you will oversee 100+ engineers while reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). You’ll be responsible for scaling teams, optimizing architecture, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Leadership: Lead a global engineering organization, managing VPs, Heads of Engineering, and technical leaders.
• Scaling Operations: Drive engineering growth and process optimization to ensure seamless execution across multiple regions.
• Strategic Technology Vision: Define engineering strategy, architecture decisions, and quality standards in alignment with business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to ensure a cohesive approach to growth and development.
• Talent & Culture: Lead hiring, retention, and professional development initiatives, building a world-class engineering team.
• Technical Excellence: Establish metrics, best practices, and processes to maintain a high standard of engineering execution.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a bridge between engineering teams and executive leadership, driving alignment and execution.

What We’re Looking For

✔️ 15+ years in software development, with at least 10 years in senior engineering leadership roles.
✔️ Proven experience scaling engineering teams of 100+ across multiple locations.
✔️ Strong background in cloud, DevOps, and scalable architectures.
✔️ Expertise in managing distributed teams, particularly across APAC and other key tech hubs.
✔️ Exceptional English communication skills to navigate global collaboration.
