What You'll Do

• Define and execute the engineering strategy that powers the company’s product vision.

• Lead, inspire, and grow a diverse engineering team — including engineering managers.

• Champion a culture of agility, continuous delivery, and innovation across all squads.

• Replace traditional PMs with Scrum Masters / Delivery Managers to scale agile practices.

• Own and evolve the modern tech stack: AWS, Microservices, PHP/Node.js (Backend), React.js (Frontend).

• Collaborate cross-functionally to build impactful, customer-centric products.

• Deliver high-quality solutions on time while managing tech budgets and vendor relationships.

What You Bring

• 15+ years in software engineering with 7+ years of leadership experience, including managing other managers.

• Deep expertise in cloud (preferably AWS) and microservice-based architectures.

• A proven track record in scaling agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, XP, DevOps).

• Strong command of system design, architecture, and team productivity best practices.

• Excellent communication in English and a talent for stakeholder engagement.

• Strategic mindset in business planning, budgeting, and tech investment decisions.
