What you’ll do:

Business Development & Client Partnership

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities

• Build long-term, trusted relationships with clients across industries

• Gain a deep understanding of each client’s culture and hiring needs

• Deliver strategic, consultative recruitment solutions that add real value

• Represent Robert Walters brand through active networking and market engagement

• Drive revenue growth through disciplined planning and high-quality execution

Candidate Consultation & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals

• Provide impactful career guidance to candidates

• Assess skills, experience, and aspirations to ensure an excellent role fit

• Manage full recruitment cycle: sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation

• Deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience with empathy and professionalism

What you bring:

• At least 2 years of work experience full-time in any field or job function in MNCs or internationally recognised companies

• Strong result-oriented mindset with determination to succeed

• Fluency or business level of English communication

• Team player mentality, self-motivation and resilience

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with various stakeholders
