An exciting Account Director job has arisen in a leading technology leading in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
About the Account Director Role:
The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO. This person will be responsible to maintain client relationships and the business development activities in Vietnam. A specific responsibly will be to focus on expanding revenues with-in existing clients and building a pipeline of new potential clients. This role will also build strong relationships with client stakeholders to connect our platform values to client’s sustainability goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep the good renewal's status of existing clients and manage company growth plans in terms of both revenue and new client acquisition
- Strengthen client's relationship with existing client & build the strong one with potential client
- Proactive on business developments tasks and expand the clients base with a clear message to potential clients and align on company’s value proposition to both global brands and local clients
- Evaluate performance, analyse deficiencies, and develop and implement changes for improvements within sales pipeline and offerings
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication skills.
Key Requirements
- Having at least four to six years experience in technology sales and/or HR solutions with strong knowledge and network in HR area
- Vietnamese and English speaking
- Experience in selling CSR or Employee Engagement products would be a strong plus
- An open-minded fast learner who can quickly adapt to our business model
- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle pressure; Able to interact with senior executives
- HR Technology or manufacturing industry business development experience
- Experience in selling SaaS/ Technology products
- A motivated person who is willing to be hands on and manage the sales programs
- Self-motivated and positive person; implements the vision of the brand with minimal supervision, and always enlisting, always encouraging, always positive
