An exciting Customer Success Manager job has arisen in a leading company in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam.
About the Customer Success Manager Role:
You will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic engagements within a defined scope of work; as well as taking new initiatives for the business to grow. The successful candidate will understand the importance of deep and lasting client relationships and will know how to build them a sustainable way.
- Strategically manage a volume of accounts to exceed sales and retention targets
- Ensure your understanding of customer needs and their plans for technology, along with the risks, threats and opportunities associated
- Positioning the company & your services; as their provider of choice for all relevant buying decisions
- Follow internal processes for forecasting, orders, pre-sales, updates and developing account plans
- Establishing clear contact plans to ensure there are appropriate relationships with technical, business management, influencers, and decision-makers
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
- Three years of experience as an Account Manager in telecoms and/or IT, with an emphasis on cloud solution (public or private)
- Ability to identify market trends, threats, and opportunities
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Create profitable, long term business opportunities
- Identify sale opportunities, qualify sales leads and exceed targets
- Networking and relationship building
- Effective pipeline management, with highly developed planning and prioritisation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Vietnamese fluent required
