Business Development Director (SaaS)

An exciting Business Development Director (SaaS) position has arisen in an international technology company in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

About the Business Development Director (SaaS) Role:

The Business Development Director (SaaS) will report directly to the CEO. He/she will be responsible for the client relationships, further support client implementation to improve overall operational standardisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company growth plans in terms of client renewals and client operations
• Building lasting and strong relationship with target clients
• Support client deployments of multiple SaaS implementations and/or professional services engagements in support of our projects
• Lead the business development efforts to expand our clients base, with a clear message to potential clients and articulate company’s value proposition to both global brands and local clients
• Drive overall standardised operation processes to drive efficiency and innovations by consistently challenging the organisation to what “excellence” looks like
• Evaluate performance, analyse deficiencies, and develop and implement changes for improvements within sales pipeline and offerings

As the Business Development Director (SaaS), he/she will need to have experience in technology client support, SaaS procedures knowledge to make good decision and strategy planning.

Key Requirements:

• HR Technology or manufacturing industry business development experience
• Software as Solution (SaaS) model selling experience
• Prior experience in working knowledge of mobile software implementations and professional service projects
• Strong B2B technical aptitude and inherent curiosity
• A doer willing to be hands-on and manage sales programs directly, and indirectly with the team
• At least five - 10 year's experience in technology sales and/or HR solutions with strong knowledge and network in HR area
• Vietnamese and English speaking, excellent communication skills and ability to handle pressure; able to interact with client senior executives
• A desire to create real change in the world
