What You’ll Do

• Support strategic business planning through financial modeling, performance analysis, and cost efficiency recommendations.
• Provide insightful analysis on key cost and revenue drivers to optimize profitability.
• Act as a business partner to functional leaders, influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and investment proposals with ROI analysis.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in internal costing systems and compliance with internal controls.
• Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable information for business stakeholders.
• Independently handle business case analysis for senior management review.

Who We’re Looking For

• 6–8 years of experience in management accounting, controlling, or financial planning — preferably within logistics, transportation, or multinational companies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and analytical mindset.
• Fast learner with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Professional certifications like CPA, ACCA, CFA are strong advantages.
• Experience with SAP or other major ERP systems is a plus.
