Your ability to provide thoughtful support to senior staff’s personal development plans will be instrumental in building a resilient workforce ready for future challenges. This role offers you the chance to make a lasting impact on both operational efficiency and organisational culture.

* Set clear directions and oversee every aspect of factory operations to ensure organisational goals are achieved, including administrative management, financial oversight, IT systems, facilities, and human resource functions.
* Prepare comprehensive business plans that facilitate cost-effective operations and drive market development activities aligned with long-term company objectives.
* Take responsibility for the profit and loss performance of the Penang site by monitoring financial outcomes and implementing strategies for sustainable growth.
* Act as a key member of the senior management team, spearheading high-level operational initiatives while providing guidance and support to colleagues across departments.
* Offer crucial support to the Chief Operating Officer and other senior executives by contributing to strategic planning processes and ensuring all necessary infrastructure is in place for business expansion.
* Collaborate closely with the global management team to align local operations with international standards and best practices.
* Direct all customer-related activities by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
* Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix structure, promoting cooperation and shared success across diverse groups within the organisation.
