The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the training calendar and skills development journey for all field force personas.
What you'll do:
As a Sales Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our client's sales team. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement strategies that enhance the effectiveness of the sales force. You will have the opportunity to lead field force transformation projects, creating scorecards that provide valuable insights into performance. Additionally, you will be instrumental in developing an incentive structure that motivates the team towards achieving their targets. Your commitment to nurturing talent will also see you overseeing the training calendar, ensuring all members of the team are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Excellence Manager position brings a wealth of experience in sales or commercial management within the Pharma/FMCG industry. You possess strong communication selling skills which you use effectively to influence others. Your fluency in English allows you to communicate effectively in both written and spoken forms. You have a deep understanding of the VN healthcare industry and key channels, which you leverage to make informed decisions. Your experience with CRM and power BI dashboard is essential for this role. Lastly, your proven track record in managing field force transformation projects will be highly advantageous.
