To meet the rising demand for local talent, we have put in place a dedicated International Candidate Manager who is solely responsible for identifying and connecting with overseas Vietnamese talent looking for job opportunities back home. We reach out via various channels such as newsletters, market updates, job alerts, a microsite, media coverage and networking events. We invite overseas Vietnamese professionals to meet with Robert Walters consultants in the office to discuss opportunities back home in Vietnam.
