Our client is seeking a highly experienced HR Director to join their team. This role is a key member of the HR Leadership Team, providing advice to management and implementing HR initiatives that support business strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for anticipating and adapting to existing and future needs, improving efficiency, and meeting business goals.

What you'll do:

As the HR Director, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing the human resources strategy for our client’s organization. You will act as a key advisor across all levels, identifying development needs and implementing effective solutions. Your expertise will drive the creation of HR programs and processes that align with business objectives. Additionally, you will oversee compensation and benefits plans, ensuring they are both cost-efficient and competitive to attract and retain top talent. Ensuring compliance with employment regulations will also be a vital part of your role.

  • Provide strategic HR guidance and coaching to employees and leadership at all levels.
  • Evaluate workforce development needs and implement tailored solutions.
  • Partner with Learning & Development, Compensation, and HRIS teams to execute HR initiatives.
  • Take full ownership of HR functions, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Advise senior management on human capital strategies.
  • Develop and implement an HR strategy that supports overall business priorities.
  • Build strong relationships across departments to address challenges and drive organizational success.
  • Design and manage HR programs, including performance management, benefits, compensation, and career development.
  • Ensure benefits and compensation structures are competitive and cost-effective.
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and HR policies.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Director role has extensive experience in multinational manufacturing environments. With at least 15 years of professional experience, you have honed strong English proficiency (both written and spoken), exceptional communication abilities, and leadership skills. Your analytical mindset enables you to take a strategic approach, while your solid knowledge of Vietnamese labor laws and payroll ensures compliance and efficiency. You are well-versed in total rewards programs and are recognized for your keen attention to detail and accuracy. Most importantly, you are highly dedicated, passionate, well-organized, proactive, honest, and uphold the highest standards of integrity.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a multinational manufacturing company
  • Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical thinking with a strategic perspective
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Highly committed, passionate, well-organized, proactive, honest, and ethical.
