Chief Human Resources Officer
Our client is seeking a visionary, hands-on Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to lead a full transformation of the HR function from the ground up. What you'll do:
As the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for reorganizing the entire HR framework, developing competency models, creating international and local HR policies (including expat frameworks), and building a high-performing, hard-working HR culture that supports business sustainability and expansion. You will also foster a values-driven, high-performance organizational culture.
- Align HR strategy with long-term business goals
- Lead the reorganization and design of the HR function and company structure
- Act as a change agent to drive business transformation and cultural alignment
- Build and implement an HR strategy covering all key HR areas
- Design and implement a competency framework for all functions and levels
- Develop and implement a full suite of HR policies, procedures, and governance mechanisms
- Establish robust talent acquisition and onboarding strategies
- Lead efforts in leadership development, succession planning, and organization capability building
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Chief Human Resources Officer position has over 15 years of experience in strategic HR leadership roles, preferably within financial services or high-growth companies. You have experience in building HR systems and processes from scratch or leading large-scale reorganization initiatives. You possess strong understanding of Vietnam labor laws, global HR standards, and expat workforce management. Your excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills set you apart.
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles within financial services or high-growth companies
- Experience in building HR systems and processes from scratch or leading large-scale reorganization initiatives
- Strong understanding of Vietnam labor laws, global HR standards, and expat workforce management
- Demonstrated experience in developing competency frameworks, policy design, and change management
- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred
