What you'll do:
As an HR Services Manager based in Hồ Chí Minh, you will play a central role in driving the success of the People & Culture function by leading a talented shared services team. - Oversee efficient processing of employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll administration, and benefits management to guarantee accuracy and timeliness.
- Foster strong collaboration with other P&C teams to ensure seamless integration of services and consistent support for employees throughout their journey.
- Utilise data-driven insights to assess current processes, identify areas for enhancement, and embed innovative technologies that improve efficiency and service quality.
