Our client, a multinational packaging/ printing manufacturer based in Binh Duong province, is seeking an experienced HR Admin Manager. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage and oversee HR functions for the construction and operation of a new plant. The successful candidate will ensure the business has the people and organisational capabilities to succeed.

What you'll do:

As an HR Admin Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's new plant in Binh Duong. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, organisation structures and roles, payroll management, training and development plans among others. Your ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the business will be crucial in this role.

  • Manage HR manpower planning, succession planning, HR Budget/ Forecast.
  • Oversee recruitment & selection by acquiring talents; maintain talent pool.
  • Manage organisation structures and roles: job evaluations; salary structure; salary market data, HR trends.
  • Handle monthly payroll, social insurances contributions, final payment for terminations.
  • Manage PIT finalisation, PIT audits, Labour audits when required.
  • Identify training needs, manage training & development plan.
  • Manage performance reviews, Talent review.
  • Manage rewards & recognition program, manage employee survey.
  • Regular team briefs, internal communication; employee relations, set up Team activities.
  • Advise labour legal to management.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Admin Manager position will bring a wealth of experience from their time spent in human resources management at multinational companies. They will have a strong customer service mindset and excellent team and leadership skills. Their clear and concise communication skills will enable them to effectively liaise with all levels within the business. A high level of energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation is essential for this role as well as emotional intelligence. Fluency in English communication is required along with familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.

  • University or MBA graduate.
  • Minimum 5 years experiences in human resources management at multinational companies.
  • Ability to be effective both strategically and at a hands-on, operational level.
  • Strong customer service mindset.
  • Strong team and leadership skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels in the business.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, self- motivation and emotional intelligence.
  • Fluency in English communication.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
