HR Manager
Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead all human resources activities at their manufacturing plant located in Vinh Phuc. What you'll do:
As an HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading all human resources activities at our client's manufacturing plant. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you manage HR operations while driving initiatives that focus on growth, efficiency, and employee engagement. You will collaborate closely with factory leadership to ensure a high-performing workforce that complies with regulations. Your commitment to promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment will be key in this role.
- Lead and manage all HR operations at the factory, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance.
- Build and execute people strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on capability building, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and performance improvement.
- Oversee employee engagement programs, performance reviews, training plans, and succession pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour laws and company policies. Handle labour relations and workplace issues with fairness and integrity.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on leadership, communication, and people management.
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the HR Manager position brings a wealth of experience in human resources management within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Your strong knowledge of Vietnam labour laws coupled with your ability to align HR strategies with business objectives will be crucial in this role. Your excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English will enable you to effectively liaise between different stakeholders. - 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Vietnam labour laws and HR best practices
- Business mindset with proven ability to align HR with operations
- Hands-on approach; proactive; comfortable in both strategic and operational tasks
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
