What you'll do:
As a Human Resources and Administration Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of HR operations while providing essential support to both local teams and regional management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring that all human resources policies are implemented effectively, maintaining compliance with evolving employment laws, and acting as a trusted point of contact for staff queries. You will collaborate closely with department managers on recruitment activities, from reviewing job descriptions through to onboarding new hires. In addition to handling core HR tasks such as contract preparation, work permit processing, record keeping, and conflict resolution, you will also take charge of various administrative duties including insurance renewals, overtime tracking, visa processing for visitors, and office supply management. - Oversee the implementation and adherence to local human resources policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current employment legislation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local labour laws and apply this expertise to all HR activities within the organisation.

- Support recruitment processes by assisting with candidate selection, conducting interviews, and preparing employment contracts for new hires.
- Manage the processing of work permits and renewals for foreign employees as required by local regulations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records, including timely updates on personnel changes and documentation.
- Conduct comprehensive orientation and induction programmes for new staff members to facilitate their integration into the team.
- Promote employee engagement by organising wellbeing initiatives, addressing staff queries related to HR matters, and resolving conflicts sensitively.
- Monitor HR and administrative costs closely, preparing reports as needed to support budgetary control.
- Coordinate group insurance renewals, manage overtime records, process visitor visas, and oversee office supply orders to ensure efficient administrative operations.
What you bring:
To excel as a Human Resources and Administration Manager in this organisation, you will bring proven experience across all facets of HR management along with exceptional interpersonal skills. Your background should include hands-on involvement in policy implementation, recruitment processes, contract administration, compliance monitoring, employee engagement initiatives, conflict resolution strategies, cost management practices, insurance coordination efforts, overtime tracking systems, visa processing protocols for visitors or expatriates as needed—and general office administration. Your ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing will be crucial when liaising with staff members or external partners. - Hold at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related discipline which provides you with foundational knowledge of HR principles.
- Demonstrate at least three years’ experience as an HR Generalist managing the full scope of human resources functions within an organisation.
- Possess thorough understanding of local labour legislation with the ability to interpret and apply these regulations accurately in daily operations.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills that enable you to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Showcase strong analytical abilities that allow you to assess situations thoughtfully before proposing solutions or improvements.
- Display effective problem-solving skills when addressing complex issues or resolving conflicts among staff members.
