  • Define and implement comprehensive human resources strategies for the factory in alignment with overall group direction and business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to factory leadership teams by providing expert guidance on all HR matters and supporting operational excellence.
  • Coordinate and execute Centre of Excellence (COE) HR activities across responsible factories, ensuring consistency and best practice sharing.
  • Drive the creation and execution of people plans designed to attract, develop, and retain top talent while addressing both immediate needs and future growth.
  • Monitor local human resources market trends to ensure competitive advantage through proactive planning and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop HR team members through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and skills enhancement programmes to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration to ensure fairness, compliance, and alignment with industry standards.
  • Manage employee relations by facilitating positive interactions between staff and management while resolving conflicts with empathy and sensitivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations relevant to the factory environment, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.

  • Possess practical knowledge of project management methodologies as well as change management principles relevant to HR functions.
  • Have worked previously in a factory or industrial setting with exposure to industrial relations issues requiring careful negotiation skills.
  • Display thorough understanding of labour law along with other legal aspects pertinent to human resources operations within Vietnam.
  • Be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for effective communication and reporting purposes.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills enabling you to connect easily with colleagues at all levels while fostering trust-based relationships throughout the organisation.
  • Bring experience in developing HR team members through coaching or mentoring programmes aimed at building capability within your department.
