What you'll do:

As Human Resources Manager, you will be entrusted with shaping the entire HR function for a respected manufacturing organisation in Binh Duong. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals while overseeing all aspects of talent management—from recruitment through onboarding to succession planning.
