OD Manager (Fintech)
Our client is in search of a seasoned HR professional to fill the unique role of OD Manager. This position offers an exciting blend of strategic HR initiatives and hands-on project execution. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role provides exposure to key business and HR decision-making processes while working closely with the HR Director and broader HR team.

What you'll do:
As a OD Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our client's human resources strategy. Your work will involve leading special projects that span both strategic planning and operational execution. You'll collaborate closely with the HR Director and team to develop structured approaches to these projects, defining efficiency metrics along the way. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing learning and development efforts within the team, ensuring that all programs align with business needs. Furthermore, you'll have a hand in engagement and talent-related initiatives, potentially even leading outreach efforts. Your role will also involve assisting the CFO in reviewing strategies, policies, and written materials to ensure they align with overarching business goals.
- Support and lead special HR projects that are both strategic and operational, including goal setting, learning initiatives, and process improvements.
- Work with the HR Director and team to develop structured approaches to HR projects, define efficiency metrics, and improve the use of HR analytics.
- Enhance learning and development efforts within the HR team, aligning HR programs with business needs.
- Contribute to engagement and talent-related initiatives, including outreach efforts if needed.
- Assist the CFO in reviewing HR strategies, policies, and written materials to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support HRBPs and other HR leaders on initiatives related to people development, organizational culture, and ways of working.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this OD Manager position brings a wealth of experience in human resources or consulting. With 6-8 years under your belt at either a multinational or leading local company, you're ready to take on a strategic HR role that will put your skills to the test. Your background may be in compensation and benefits or HR business partnering, but you have a keen interest in learning and organizational development or engagement. Experience with HR systems, analytics, and efficiency metrics will be highly beneficial in this role. You're known for your strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. You can work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, and you're not afraid to engage with senior leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university with strong academic performance.
- 6 to 8 years of experience in HR, consulting or a strategic HR role within a multinational or leading local company.
- Background in compensation and benefits or HR business partnering.
- Interest in learning and organizational development or engagement.
- Experience working with HR systems, analytics, and efficiency metrics is a plus.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with confidence engaging with senior leaders.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
