What you'll do:
As Recruitment and Training Leader, you will be entrusted with overseeing the full spectrum of talent acquisition activities—ranging from refining recruitment strategies to collaborating with department leaders on workforce planning. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing end-to-end hiring processes; analysing data to inform decision-making; designing effective onboarding journeys; delivering orientation sessions; coordinating annual training plans; ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements; maintaining up-to-date records; facilitating mentoring programmes; collecting feedback; and driving continuous improvement across all HR initiatives. - Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical roles by leveraging multiple sourcing channels including internal mobility, job platforms, professional networks, and agencies.
- Apply consistent screening, interviewing, and selection practices that uphold diversity and inclusion policies while ensuring fair hiring decisions.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop strategic hiring plans aligned with evolving business objectives.
- Design and implement structured onboarding programmes that facilitate smooth transitions for new hires while fostering cultural alignment and engagement from day one.
