• Collaborate closely with HR business partners and functional leaders to create robust workforce plans and succession pipelines for critical roles at scale.

• Comprehensive understanding of succession planning methodologies as well as internal mobility frameworks designed to nurture future leaders from within the organisation.
• Deep familiarity with the Vietnam labour market including sourcing channels relevant to frontline roles across various regions.
• Strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders such as HRBPs and operational leaders.
• Exceptional communication abilities enabling you to inspire teams, engage candidates authentically, and represent the organisation’s values externally.
