What you'll do:

- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely delivery of high-volume hiring targets aligned with evolving business objectives.
- Build and sustain strong talent pipelines by leveraging proactive sourcing methods, establishing partnerships with universities and training centres, and implementing effective referral programmes.
- Design and lead employer branding initiatives aimed at attracting frontline talent across Vietnam through innovative campaigns and outreach activities.
- Collaborate closely with HR business partners and functional leaders to create robust workforce plans and succession pipelines for critical roles at scale.
- Champion internal mobility programmes and career development initiatives to cultivate 'ready-now' successors from within the organisation.
- Utilise recruitment analytics to forecast hiring needs, monitor key performance indicators, and continuously optimise recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate experience.
- Manage the implementation and usage of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure compliance, process excellence, and positive candidate journeys.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists by fostering a collaborative culture centred on shared goals.

- Proven ability to build sustainable talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, university partnerships, training centre collaborations, and employee referral schemes.
- Comprehensive understanding of succession planning methodologies as well as internal mobility frameworks designed to nurture future leaders from within the organisation.
- Deep familiarity with the Vietnam labour market including sourcing channels relevant to frontline roles across various regions.
- Strategic thinking skills combined with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders such as HRBPs and operational leaders.
- Exceptional communication abilities enabling you to inspire teams, engage candidates authentically, and represent the organisation’s values externally.
- Strong project management capabilities allowing you to oversee multiple concurrent hiring initiatives while maintaining process excellence.
- Fluency in Vietnamese coupled with advanced English language proficiency for seamless communication across local and international teams.
