Legal & Compliance Director

Ho Chi Minh City - On-site - In-house

Our client, a Pharmaceuticals MNC, is looking for a Legal and Compliance Director in a pivotal role ensuring legal and regulatory standards while promoting business ethics.

What You Will Do:

• Lead Legal and Compliance work with industry regulations and internal procedures.
• Manage a team focused on legal and quality assurance.
• Conduct compliance reviews and provide guidance on regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee data protection rules and other applicable set of rules on data.
• Support on the quality system to be compliant with the relevant rules.
  
  What You Need to Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law and qualified to practice Law in Vietnam
• At least 10 years of in-house practice in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Previous experience managing a team.
• Full proficiency in English and Vietnam.
